Great project management
We were very skeptical as we moved from east, and solar isn’t a thing there! Quickly we understood we needed to switch as pg & e was getting very expensive, We started the process, and we came across companies that tried to sell on a system that we didn’t need, and whenever we asked a question, they had no answer! We came across William and SEC, and right of the back, we felt very comfortable as he answered every question we had. He is a great project manager, and I can’t stress enough that you need a person like him beside you to help you with all the processes. We are pleased with our system and recommend him to everyone

We had originally installed solar back in 2004. Last year the system failed. We found William Wood through an internet search, and are we glad we did! Our old system was beyond repair; we replace it with American made solar panels with a 25-year warranty. The new system now provides for our energy needs. What I would really like to point out is what an exceptional project manager William Wood is. He was an active listener and responded to all our questions and concerns. He is also very personable and friendly, we enjoyed talking with him. Even when there were delays with getting permits and such, he would call us frequently to keep us informed of what was going on. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that William Wood provide and recommend him highly.

William at SEC Services helped us to get our SunPower solar monitoring back up and running after it had been down for months. We were having a lot of trouble getting the runaround with SunPower since our original installer had gone out of business and their other installers that we contacted refused to touch it. In the end, it only took one visit by a technician to get us up and running again.

We installed our solar panels in January 2014. William was there to make sure we were pleased and satisfied with the installation process, which we were. He has also been there to follow up on our resulting energy savings and the condition of our panels. Nothing quite as good as getting a PG&E bill showing a credit balance instead of a high dollar amount due. It did not hurt either when we used our solar credit to reduce our income taxes.
William is always available when we have questions and is a continuing source for us. William knows his stuff and can be trusted to give you the information you need on reducing your energy footprint and setting you straight on the equipment and financial questions you may have. To top it off, he is a nice guy.

"Our Solar payment is less than PG&E!"
Close to a year ago we decided that solar may be the way to go. Rebates were available, however, we did not know much else. Solar Energy Consultants came in and provided all the information that we were looking for. They provided us with a cost analysis benefit to having solar. Based on their recommendations, we purchased solar and our bill, which averages over $250.00 per month, is now less than $50.00 per month, this includes the gas bill. Our utility bill plus the cost of the loan to purchase the solar is less than we were paying to PG&E. With NET metering we have saved a lot of money as well as increased the value of our house. I would, without reservation, recommend Solar Energy Consultants.
